Our club aims to be accessible to children and families from all sections of our local community. Admission to the club is organised by the supervisor and we use a waiting list system when the need arises. The waiting list will be operated on a first come-first served basis, with the exception of siblings who will have priority for the same days as a sibling already attending. Please note that the admissions process takes up to 24 hours to complete.  from the time the registration form is received till the child is able to use the service. 

We require online registration to be completed for your child before they can attend the club. This includes any supporting documentation such as additional needs or health management. This information will be treated as confidential and will be stored appropriately.

Purple House re-register current and new members each academic year, this process is done as parents due to changes in days or parent work schedules. Re-registration begins from April for the new academic year. parents are required to complete a booking form as this allows the bookings team to know the remaining number of places available to new members. We  do not reserve places for children unless you complete a re-registration bookings form and all outstanding payments have been cleared.
